Privacy Policy

This explains what we collect when you use sove7gn.org, book a call, run a campaign with us, or apply to clip for us.

1. What we collect

• What you tell us. Your name, email address, company or artist name, and anything else you write to us or say on a call.
• Booking details. When you book through the scheduler on this site, Calendly collects your name, email and the time you pick, and passes them to us.
• Your video material. The links and files you send us so we can clip them.
• Clipper applications. If you apply to clip, the answers you give in our Discord, your account handles and the clips you show us. Payouts run through Whop, which collects what it needs to pay you. We do not hold your bank details.
• Technical data. Our host keeps standard server logs, including IP address, browser and the pages requested, to serve the site and keep it secure.

2. Why we use it

• To reply to you and hold the call.
• To run and report on your campaign.
• To review clips and pay clippers.
• To keep records, including invoices, and to meet legal duties.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Who else processes it

We use a small number of services, and they only get what they need to do their job:

• Vercel hosts the site and keeps the server logs.
• Calendly runs the booking scheduler embedded on this site.
• Discord hosts our clipper community and applications.
• Whop handles clipper payouts.
• Google Fonts serves two fonts used on the site, which means Google receives the IP address making that request. Our main typeface is served from our own site instead.

Some of these are based outside your country, so your information may be processed abroad.

4. Cookies

We set no cookies of our own, and there are no advertising or analytics trackers on this site. When the booking scheduler loads, Calendly may set its own cookies; those are covered by Calendly's privacy policy.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and campaign records for as long as we work together and for a reasonable period afterwards, and invoices for as long as the law requires. Clipper records are kept while you are in the network, and after, so payouts and rejections can be traced.

6. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email founders@sove7gn.org and we will answer within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to a data protection regulator.

7. Children

This site and our services are meant for businesses and adults. Clippers must be 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes

If we change this policy, the new version appears here with a new date.
