Terms of Service

These terms cover the work we do for clients and the way our clipper network runs. By booking a campaign with us, or by clipping for us, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

SOVE7GN ("we", "us") is a clipping agency, operated by SOVE7GN CLIPPING LLP, based in Delhi, India. You can reach us at founders@sove7gn.org.

2. What we provide

We run two services:

• Clipper network campaigns. Our network of independent clippers cuts your long videos into short clips and posts them on their own accounts across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, X, Snapchat, Facebook and LinkedIn. A campaign starts at $2,000 for one month and includes 1 premium clip a day made by our editors for your own accounts.
• Retainer clipping. Our editors make 2 clips a day for your own accounts and run those pages, including strategy, scriptwriting and account management. This starts at $1,500 a month.

What your month includes is what we agree on the call and confirm in writing. Where this page and that written agreement differ, the written agreement applies.

3. Your videos and your rights

You keep ownership of everything you send us. By sending it, you confirm that you own it or have the rights to use it, including any music, footage and appearances in it.

For the length of the campaign you give us, and the clippers we brief, permission to cut, edit, caption and post that material on the platforms above. If you want a clip taken down, tell us and we will ask the clipper to remove it.

4. Rules we agree before launch

Before anything goes live we agree the rules with you: which videos can be used, which tags to add and what is off-limits. Any clip that breaks those rules is rejected and does not count toward your views.

5. Fees and payment

• Fees are payable in advance, by one invoice, at the start of the month.
• Prices are in US dollars and do not include any taxes that may apply.
• There is no long-term commitment. You can cancel after the first month.
• We pay the clippers out of the campaign. You do not pay them directly.

6. The 1,000,000-view guarantee

On a $2,000 clipper network campaign, if you are short of 1,000,000 views at day 30 we keep clipping at our own cost until you reach it.

Only views that pass our review count. A person checks every clip, and about 1 in 6 is rejected. The guarantee assumes you have sent us usable video material and given approvals in reasonable time. If we are waiting on you, the clock waits too.

7. What we do not promise

We promise views, checked by a person. We do not promise sales, followers, revenue, or that any particular clip does well. The platforms decide what they show, and they can remove content or change their rules at any time.

8. Clippers

Clippers in our network are independent creators. They are not our employees or agents, and they post on their own accounts. Applications are made through our Discord, and approved clips are paid per 1,000 views through Whop.

Buying views, using bots, or copying another clipper's work means removal from the network and no payment for the clips involved.

9. Your responsibilities

• Send only material you have the rights to.
• Give us accurate information about your brand and your accounts.
• Do not ask us to promote anything unlawful, misleading, or against a platform's rules.

10. Cancelling and suspending

You can cancel at the end of a month by telling us. We can pause or stop a campaign if an invoice goes unpaid, if the material turns out not to be yours, or if running it would break a platform's rules or the law.

11. Liability

As far as the law allows, our total liability for anything connected with our work is limited to the fees you paid us for the month the claim relates to. We are not liable for indirect or knock-on losses, including lost profit or lost audience. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page, with its date, is the one that applies. If a change affects a campaign that is already running, we will tell you.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in New Delhi deal with any dispute.
