The best dental marketing agencies for 2027, compared on what they publish
Updated 31 October 2026 · Written by Reyansh Juneja and Naman Dhiman, the co-founders of SOVE7GN, who run the campaigns and review the clips
The best dental marketing agency for 2027 is the one built for the job your practice is short on: Gargle and Practice Cafe publish their prices, Progressive Dental focuses on implant and full-arch cases, and Golden Proportions, Wonderist and WEO Marketly run full-service programs quoted by call. SOVE7GN wrote this list and includes itself, as the only option here that does nothing but short-form video from the dentist's own recordings.
Short answer: if you want a published price, Gargle's full suite is $1,495 or $2,095 a month and Practice Cafe sells SEO at $895 a month, both per their own pricing pages. If big implant cases are the goal, look at Progressive Dental. If you want one agency for website, SEO, ads and social, compare Golden Proportions, Wonderist and WEO Marketly on a written scope. For UK practices, Dental Focus builds sites and runs SEO. For daily short video from your own recordings, SOVE7GN's retainer starts at $2,000 a month.
How did we pick these agencies?
We used four tests, all checked on 31 October 2026 on each agency's own website:
- Dental focus. The agency serves dental practices only, or has a dental service line on its site.
- Facts we could confirm. We only list services, prices and locations shown on the agency's own pages, linked below. We did not buy anyone's service and did not audit their results.
- Your market. Each one serves practices in the US, UK or Canada.
- A spread of models. Published menus, quoted full-service programs, a specialist in implant cases and a video-only option.
We left out agencies whose websites blocked our checks that day, so absence here is not a judgment. We give no star ratings. If you are weighing a hire against an agency, dentist social media manager compares cost, weekly output and the BAA question.

Which agency suits which practice?
Gargle suits a practice that wants to buy marketing like a menu. Its pricing page lists a $59 a month membership, website and SEO at $595 (Nurture) or $1,145 (High-Grow) a month, social content and posting at $245 or $445 a month, and the full suite at $1,495 or $2,095 a month.
Practice Cafe suits start-ups and practices that also want print. It says it has worked in dental marketing since 2005, and its a la carte menu lists SEO at $895 a month, PPC management from $395 a month, paid social from $295 a month, social posting as a $145 a month add-on and a practice video at $2,950.
Progressive Dental suits implant and full-arch practices. Its homepage calls it a "Full Service Dental Marketing Company + Coaching Agency" focused on "high-value case acquisition", says it was founded in 2009, and pairs marketing with sales training through The Closing Institute. If your bottleneck is converting consults, that coaching is the difference.
Golden Proportions Marketing suits private practices, specialists, group practices and DSOs that want one agency for everything, including TV, radio and print. It publishes no fees, but its site suggests budgeting 7 to 9% of collections for "explosive growth" and 4 to 6% for steady growth. Treat that as the agency's view, not a benchmark.
Wonderist Agency suits practices that want attribution. Its site says it ties marketing to collected revenue through tracking connected to your practice management system, and lists dental video and photo among its services.
WEO Marketly suits multi-location groups and DSOs. Its site says it has been dental-only since 1999, and a client review on the same page refers to it as "formerly Roadside", so practices that knew Roadside Dental Marketing will find the same team under a new name.
Dental Focus suits UK practices that need a new website and search work. Its site offers website creation, SEO and AEO and social media services, with UK hosting included, and says it works with practices in the UK, Ireland and Australia.
Where does SOVE7GN fit, and where does it not?
We do one job: our editors cut the dentist's long recordings (consult explainers, Q&A, case walk-throughs) into short clips and post them daily on the practice's own Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. One hour of talk-heavy video usually gives 12 to 20 clips. You approve 2 example clips, then we are live within 48 hours.
| Entry | Growth | |
|---|---|---|
| Price | $2,000 a month | $4,000 a month |
| Clips | 2 a day | 4 a day |
| Guarantee | 1,000,000 views over a 3-month plan | Same |
If a 3-month plan on Entry or above falls short of 1,000,000 views, we keep posting at our own cost (terms). We guarantee views, not new patients.
We do not build websites, run SEO or manage ads. If patients cannot find you, hire one of the agencies above first. If they find you but pick the dentist whose face they have seen, video is the gap. Our dental office video marketing page shows what we cut from each kind of recording, and dental reel ideas shows the clips one recording gives. More on how we work with practices is on our founders page, or book a 30-minute call.
What should you ask any dental agency before you sign?
- Who owns the website, domain, ad accounts and social profiles? You should, with the agency added as a user.
- Will you sign a business associate agreement? If the agency handles patient data such as form fills or call recordings, it should. Our HIPAA social media rules page explains why.
- How do you get patient consent for photos and video? A signed authorization, stored where you can find it. See the patient photo consent form checklist.
- What do you report? New patients and booked treatment by source, not only clicks and followers.
- What is the minimum term? Practice Cafe, for example, ties a free website to a 6-month or 12-month SEO contract on its menu. Know the term before you sign.
For high-value cases specifically, cosmetic dentist marketing and dental implant marketing cover the video side.
How we keep this list honest
Every fact above comes from the agency's own page, checked on 31 October 2026. Prices change, so confirm before you book. If a detail about your agency is wrong, email founders@sove7gn.org with a link to the page that shows the correct detail and we will update it.
Questions people ask
How much does a dental marketing agency cost?
It depends on scope. Among the agencies here that publish prices, Gargle's full suite is $1,495 or $2,095 a month and Practice Cafe's SEO is $895 a month, both checked on 31 October 2026. Full-service agencies such as Golden Proportions quote after a call.
What does a dental marketing agency do?
Usually some mix of website design, SEO, paid ads, social media, reviews and reporting. Some add print, TV and radio, and a few, such as Progressive Dental, add sales coaching for treatment consults.
How do I choose a dental marketing agency?
Pick the job first (being found, getting calls, or converting consults), then compare written scopes, contract terms, account ownership and how results are reported in new patients.
Is a dental marketing agency worth it?
It is worth it when the agency fixes your actual bottleneck and reports in new patients you can check. Paying for SEO when your phones are not answered, or for ads when your website does not convert, wastes the budget.
