Can a clipping agency guarantee views?
Updated 13 October 2026 · Written by the SOVE7GN founders
This page is for buyers comparing clipping agencies who keep seeing the word "guaranteed". Some guarantees are real written commitments. Others are averages, price caps or sales talk. Here's how to tell which one you're looking at.
Short answer: yes, some do, but most clipping agencies don't publish a views guarantee. Where one exists, it's usually a make-good: if views fall short, the agency keeps posting rather than refunding you. SOVE7GN guarantees 1,000,000 views on a 3-month plan, Entry or above; if short, we keep posting at our own cost until you get there. The conditions are in our terms.
Four things that get called a "guarantee"
Only one of these is a promise about how many views you'll get. The other three are about price or past averages.
| What you're shown | What it actually promises | Example (checked October 2026) |
|---|---|---|
| Make-good guarantee | A view total; if missed, more posting until it's reached | SOVE7GN's 1,000,000 views on 3-month plans. FindClout describes its own guarantee as "a make-good on volume" (FindClout, Aug 2026) |
| Average results | Nothing; it's a record of past campaigns | Clipping Culture lists about 22M average verified views for $15,000 and calls the figures "averages across our campaigns, not a quote" (pricing page) |
| CPM ceiling | A maximum price per 1,000 views, not a view count | FindClout separates a CPM ceiling from a volume guarantee on the same page |
| Pay per approved view | You pay only for views delivered | Any CPM campaign, including SOVE7GN's CPM clipping |
A pay-per-view campaign doesn't need a guarantee in the usual sense: if no views arrive, the pool isn't spent. A retainer is different. You pay a fixed monthly fee whatever the views, so a guarantee there carries real weight. See CPM clipping vs retainer for how the two models differ.
The fine print to read
A guarantee is only as good as its definitions. Ask for each of these in writing:
- Which views count. Own accounts only, clipper accounts, or both? Which platforms?
- The time window. Views by the end of month 3, or views on clips posted in months 1 to 3, counted later?
- What happens if you're short. More posting, a partial refund, or a credit?
- What pauses the clock. Late footage and slow approvals usually do. That's fair, but it should be stated.
- Whether paid boosts count. Views from ads are a different product.
- Audience location. 1 million views from countries you don't sell in may not help you.
- How fake views are excluded. A guarantee met with bought views is worse than no guarantee.
FindClout's own guide recommends confirming similar points by email before paying, including audience geography and documented bot detection.
Why bought views make a guarantee worthless
A guarantee should never be met with bought views, because the platforms punish the account owner, not the agency. YouTube's fake engagement policy bans services that "artificially inflate metrics like views, likes, and subscribers". Artificial traffic isn't counted and can lead to strikes, and three strikes in 90 days can end a channel. The policy also says that if a promoter you hire uses banned methods, your content or channel can be taken down.
So when an agency guarantees a large number for a small price, ask how. A real answer names the posting volume, platforms and review process. Learn the warning signs on how to spot fake views.
The math behind a 1,000,000-view guarantee
Here's what our guarantee asks of each clip, using our plan volumes over a 90-day term.
| Plan | Clips a day | Clips in 90 days | Average views per clip to reach 1,000,000 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Entry, $2,000 a month | 2 | about 180 | about 5,600 |
| Growth, $4,000 a month | 4 | about 360 | about 2,800 |
Averages hide the real shape: a few clips do most of the work and many do little. But the table shows why a guarantee at this size is reasonable on a daily posting plan. A guarantee of 100 million views on a small monthly fee would need numbers no organic account can promise. For what agencies charge overall, see clipping agency cost.
SOVE7GN's guarantee, word for word
1,000,000 views on a 3-month plan, Entry or above. If short, we keep posting at our own cost until you get there.
It applies to retainer plans signed for 3 months. Month-to-month plans and CPM clipping on its own don't carry it; on CPM clipping you only pay for approved views anyway. Which views count, and what pauses the clock, are set out in section 6 of our terms. We won't promise anything beyond what's written there, such as sales, followers or a specific clip going viral.
Questions people ask
Can a clipping agency guarantee views?
Some do in writing, usually as a make-good: they keep posting until a view total is reached. Most publish averages or per-view prices instead, which aren't guarantees.
Is a views guarantee a red flag?
Not by itself. It's a red flag when the agency won't define which views count or how fake views are excluded. See clipping agency red flags.
What happens if a guaranteed view target isn't met?
It depends on the contract. Common remedies are more posting at the agency's cost, a credit or a partial refund. Get the remedy in writing before you pay.
Do guaranteed views include fake or bought views?
They shouldn't. Ask how the agency checks views. At SOVE7GN, a person checks every network clip within 24 hours and about 1 in 6 is rejected.
