The best real estate video marketing companies for 2027, from listing films to daily clips

Updated 31 October 2026 · Written by Reyansh Juneja and Naman Dhiman, the co-founders of SOVE7GN, who run the campaigns and review the clips

The best real estate video marketing company for 2027 depends on which video you need: C&I Studios, BLARE Media and Become Legendary shoot cinematic listing and agent brand films, HomeJab and Virtuance send photographers and videographers to listings at set prices, and Luxury Presence manages social posting alongside your website. SOVE7GN wrote this list and includes itself, as the company that cuts an agent's own recordings into daily short clips on the agent's accounts.

Short answer: for a luxury listing film, compare C&I Studios (Los Angeles, crews nationwide), BLARE Media (locations in many US cities) and Become Legendary (Miami, Austin, Aspen). For a set-price walkthrough video on every listing, HomeJab's video tour starts at $269 on its pricing page. For managed social next to your website, Luxury Presence. For daily clips of you on your own accounts, SOVE7GN's retainer starts at $2,000 a month.

How did we choose them?

All checked on 31 October 2026 on each company's own website:

  1. Real estate video is a named service on the company's site, not a side line.
  2. Facts we could confirm on the company's own pages, linked below. We did not buy their services and did not verify sales claims; where a company makes one, we label it as theirs.
  3. US, UK or Canadian agents can buy from them.
  4. One of four jobs: luxury listing films, set-price listing media, managed social, or daily short clips.

Our separate page on the best social media video services for realtors compares the types of service, including AI tools and meme-page networks. This page names the companies that make the video.

Which company fits which agent?

C&I Studios fits an agent or developer with a flagship listing. Its real estate page lists six formats, from luxury listing films and agent brand films to FAA-certified drone work, produced from its Los Angeles headquarters with crews it says it deploys nationwide.

BLARE Media fits an agent who wants a production company with local crews. Its real estate page names luxury residential markets such as Los Angeles and Miami and says it structures shoots and edits for rapid turnaround.

Become Legendary fits top-end listings in its markets. Its site lists Miami, Austin and Aspen, and says its video content has led to residential sales from $10 million to over $100 million. That is the company's own claim; ask for the specific listings.

HomeJab fits an agent who wants the same media on every listing at a known price. Its pricing page shows a cinematic walkthrough from $269, drone video from $269, photos from $249 for 15, and a 30-second Property Highlight Video made for social media.

Virtuance fits teams and brokerages that want one vendor across many markets. Its homepage offers walkthroughs, aerials and social videos alongside photos and 3D tours, and its market list runs from Houston and Miami to Phoenix and Portland.

Luxury Presence fits an agent who wants website, search and social from one vendor. Its homepage says it runs marketing across Google, AI search, social media and paid ads, and that you approve what goes live.

Where does SOVE7GN fit?

A listing film sells one house. Daily clips of you sell you, every day, between listings. We do not film; you or your videographer do. You send tours, market updates, podcasts or open house walk-throughs, and our editors cut them into short clips posted daily on your own Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. One hour of talk-heavy video usually gives 12 to 20 clips. You and your broker approve 2 example clips, and we are live within 48 hours.

Why it matters for agents: in our own research in October 2026 on 31 luxury real estate agents in the US and Canada, with 5.8K to 192K followers, the median typical reel got about 6,800 views and the median best reel about 29,000. 13 of the 31 had a reel do 5x their normal views or more, and 9 of 31 did 10x or more. More clips means more chances at that outlier.

If a 3-month plan on Entry or above falls short of 1,000,000 views, we keep posting at our own cost (terms). We guarantee views, not listings or sales. A listing film from one of the companies above and a clipping retainer work well together: the film is footage we can cut, if your license with the videographer covers social clips. Questions people ask

How much does a real estate video cost?

Set-price networks publish rates: HomeJab's walkthrough video starts at $269 on its pricing page, checked 31 October 2026. Luxury listing films from production companies are quoted per project, so ask for a written quote with deliverables and usage rights.

What is real estate video marketing?

Using video to sell listings and the agent: listing walkthroughs, drone footage, agent brand films, market updates and short clips for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.

Do real estate videos help sell homes?

They help buyers see the home and the agent before a showing. We do not publish a sales uplift figure because we have not measured one; be wary of anyone quoting one without a source.

Should a realtor hire a videographer or a video marketing company?

Hire a videographer for listing footage. Hire a company like ours when you want that footage, and your own recordings, turned into daily clips that keep posting after the listing sells.
