Best social media video services for realtors in 2026, compared (including us)
Updated 25 October 2026 · Written by Reyansh Juneja and Naman Dhiman, the co-founders of SOVE7GN, who run the campaigns and review the clips
The best social media video service for a realtor depends on where the posts go and who appears in them: an agent who is on camera and records tours or a podcast gets the most from an editor who posts on the agent's own accounts, while an agent who will not film is better served by managed social or an AI listing tool. We sell one of these options, so read this as a vendor comparing its own category, with every price taken from the provider's own page and dated.
Short answer: there are four types. Own-account clipping editors (us, from $2,000 a month) cut your videos and post daily on your accounts. Managed social platforms such as Luxury Presence post 2 to 3 times a week alongside your website and CRM. Meme-page networks such as FindClout post on other people's pages and charge per 1,000 views. AI tools such as Opus Clip (from $15 a month) and AutoReel leave the editing choices and posting to you.
How do the options compare?
We scored each option on five things a luxury agent asks before hiring: does it post on your own accounts, is the price published, is there a view guarantee, how are ad rules handled, and is a turnaround stated. All read on 25 October 2026 from the pages linked.
| Option | Type | Posts on your own accounts? | Published price | View guarantee | Ad rules handling | Turnaround stated |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| SOVE7GN | Own-account clipping editors | Yes, daily | Entry $2,000 a month (2 clips a day), Growth $4,000 (4 a day) | 1,000,000 views over a 3-month plan, Entry or above (Terms) | You and your broker approve every clip; we agree a rules card before launch, but do not certify compliance | 2 example clips approved first, live within 48 hours |
| Luxury Presence Social Media Management (Beta) | Managed social inside a website, CRM and ads platform | Yes: 2 to 3 posts a week on Facebook and Instagram, including Reels | Custom subscription pricing, setup from $2,500, per its own list | None stated | You can review and edit every post before it goes live | Not stated |
| FindClout | Meme-page and creator network | No: posts appear on creator pages in its network | $0.20 per 1,000 views for logo and caption campaigns; $1.50 to $3.00 per 1,000 for content campaigns; $2,500 minimum | None; the page states an expected reach range, not a guarantee | Not described on the pricing page | Not stated |
| Opus Clip | AI clipping software | You post; the Pro plan adds a social scheduler | Free, Starter $15 a month, Pro $29 a month, Business custom | None | None; you check every clip | Self-serve |
| AutoReel | AI video from listing photos | You download and share | No plan prices shown on the pricing page when we read it | None | None mentioned | "In minutes", per its site |
Two lists already rank this category, and each ranks its own company first. Luxury Presence's list, dated 23 September 2026, puts Luxury Presence at number 1 of 10. FindClout's best real estate clipping page, dated 15 September 2026, puts FindClout first and says plainly that its author writes for FindClout. Both disclose it, as we do here.
Which option fits which agent?
- You are on camera and already record tours, market updates or a podcast: an own-account editor. Every view lands on your account, under your brokerage name, and each clip is another chance at a breakout. In our own October 2026 research on 31 luxury agents in the US and Canada, 13 of 31 had a reel do 5x their normal views or more.
- You want one vendor for website, CRM, ads and some social: a managed platform such as Luxury Presence. Posting is 2 to 3 times a week, so it suits steady presence more than volume.
- You will not film and mainly want listing videos: an AI listing tool such as AutoReel turns photos into a video quickly. It will not give you a personal brand, because you are not in it.
- You edit yourself and budget is tight: Opus Clip at $15 to $29 a month finds clips in your long videos. Budget your own time for checking captions and brokerage lines on every clip.
- You want reach beyond your followers and accept posts on accounts you do not own: a network such as FindClout. Before you buy, ask how your brokerage name and fair housing wording are handled on posts that run on other people's pages; the realtor social media rules treat a post that promotes you as your ad wherever it appears.
If you would rather hire one editor and do the posting yourself, what a short-form video editor costs compares freelance rates with agencies.
What should you check before hiring anyone?
- Whose account gets the views. Views on your account build your audience; views on a network's pages rent someone else's.
- The brokerage line. Some states want the firm name in the post itself, not only your bio. Ask who adds it to every clip. UK agents also need the material information in the caption.
- Footage rights. If your videographer shot the tour, check the license covers social clips before a vendor cuts it.
- Who approves. Your broker may need to approve ads. The vendor's process should wait for that.
- What "guarantee" means. Ours covers views on a 3-month plan on Entry or above, not leads or sales; if we fall short, we keep posting at our own cost.

How we built this list, and how to correct it
Prices, posting frequency and features come only from each provider's own page, read on 25 October 2026 and linked above. We did not buy or test the other services. We will re-check every row by 25 January 2027. If a detail about your company is wrong or out of date, email founders@sove7gn.org with a link to the page that shows the correct detail and we will update the row.
Questions people ask
What is the best social media marketing for realtors?
For an agent who is on camera, short vertical video posted on the agent's own accounts, because the views build the agent's audience. For an agent who will not film, managed social or an AI listing tool fits better.
How much does social media marketing cost for realtors?
From the pages above: $15 to $29 a month for AI clipping software, CPM pricing with a $2,500 minimum for a meme-page network, custom pricing with a setup from $2,500 for one managed platform, and $2,000 to $4,000 a month for our own-account clipping plans.
How often should real estate agents post on social media?
No platform sets a rule. The managed service above posts 2 to 3 times a week; we post 2 or 4 clips a day, because our view guarantee needs volume. Post as often as you can keep quality and the brokerage line on every post.
