Clipping for athletes
Updated 20 October 2026 · Written by Reyansh Juneja and Naman Dhiman, the co-founders of SOVE7GN, who run the campaigns and review the clips
Athletes have audiences that want more than match highlights. Training sessions, interviews, podcasts and life away from competition are what turn followers into fans. Clipping is how that footage becomes daily content.
What you get: our editors cut your interviews, podcasts, training footage and behind-the-scenes video into clips and post them on your accounts every day. Entry is $2,000 a month for 2 clips a day, a weekly strategy call and an idea doc. On Growth ($4,000 a month), we can run a fan page alongside your main account.
What we clip
| Source | What it becomes |
|---|---|
| Press conferences and interviews | Your best answers and personality |
| Podcast appearances | Stories and opinions |
| Training sessions | Routines, drills, effort |
| Behind the scenes | Travel, prep, recovery, team moments |
| Events and appearances | Fan interactions |
Rights come first
Competition footage is usually owned by leagues, broadcasters or event organisers, and using it may need their permission. Your own interviews, training footage and podcasts are usually much simpler. We only clip what you have the rights to, and write any limits into the rules. If you have sponsor obligations, we add them to the rules too.

What one interview week gives you
Here's how the numbers work. One hour of talk-heavy video usually gives 12 to 20 clips. Say you do one 45-minute podcast and two 15-minute press conferences in a week. That's about 75 minutes of talk, or roughly 15 to 25 clips. Entry posts 2 clips a day, which is 14 a week. So one podcast and a couple of interviews keep your account posting all week, with spare clips for quiet days. Training footage tops it up. In the off-season, when there are no press conferences, a short sit-down chat filmed on a phone can fill the gap.
